π Return & Refund Policy
At Give Fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help.
β Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used fitness equipment or accessories
- Personal care / wearable items once opened
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Gift cards
π How to Request a Return
- Email us at johnofficial0009@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your Order ID and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup
We use partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees for reverse pickups where available.
π Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup is arranged for eligible pin codes
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Shipping costs will be reimbursed after verification.
πΈ Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 3β5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund
π Replacement Option
If preferred, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged/defective products.
β³ Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received a refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider

π¦ Return Shipping Conditions
Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit. Returns failing quality check may be rejected.
